Problem With DX-100B On 40M

On 40M the driver grid current won't go below 6ma. (The maximum allowable.)
The grid drive control doesn't change the current as it is rotated from 0 to
3 on the dial. (On 80M this varies the grid drive from 0 to 6ma which I
think is normal.)

Any ideas on where to look?
