Continued work on SB-200

Hello to the group,
I have now installed Measures improvements to an SB200 that I am
restoring.   A soft key from harbach has been reinstalled
Several issues now exist that I could use the groups council on:
1.  The relay now does not release when keyed.
2. At key down, with no drive, the meter indicates negative grid
current. I had this issue on an sb221 and discovered a grounded zener
diode, but I don't know where to start here.
3. Plate current at no keydown and with keydown with no drive is 100ma.

What's a good next move?
