AT-1 & CR-1

Am contemplating the purchase of an AT-1but have a concern with the meter.  This particular has a clear plastic meter cover, like the S-meter or clock on a Hammarlund receiver, rather than the usual black cased unit that seems predominate.  Cannot tell from the photos that were sent to me if this meter is a Heath unit or not.  Would also appreciate guidance as to a reasonable price, not an inflated e... one,  for an AT-1 in very nice condition w/ minimal scratches.  

Does anyone happen to have the black case for a Heath CR-1, mine has a small chunk out of an edge.
