Damaged During Shipping ?

You don't say whether the radio was insured or not.....?If not,you have no
legal recourse here.
No seller is responsible for such damage unless it can be shown that his
packing techniques were not adequate.
That decision is made by USPS **if** the item was insured.
UPS requires double boxing for electronics and it is posssible(I don't know)
that USPS does also.
But everything depends on whether you had nsurance.
