Interconnect cable question

To all,  I have purchased a complete SB-104A station (i.e., SB-104A, SB-230,
SB-604, SB-614, SB-634 and the SB-644A) Now for the question. I need to make
new interconnect cables for all these pieces. Does anybody have any suggestions
on what type of cable I should use?  And does anybody have an extra copy of
the SB-230 manual they would like to part with?
