Some suggestions:

1. Many of the Hammerlund Manuals and Schematics are available on BAMA
http://bama.sbc.edu/hammarlund.htm

2. Contact Rich KB8TAD at: "Put_His_Ham_Call_Here" @Bigfoot.com
regarding his restorations (which included building a power supply for his 200 series restoration). I especially liked his usage of the Molex connector for ease of power supply disconnection from receiver - HOWEVER check the manufacturer's voltage rating of any modular connector like this (Tyco/AMP, Molex/Cinch/Jones).

3. You might be able to use Mike Bryce's HP-23R replacement PC board (The Heathkit Shop) with a suitable transformer - for a nice small foot print.
[Hey, justifies the post on the Heath reflector :-) ]

4. If you are looking got a transformer -- there are a number of companies that may have a suitable replacement (or can build to spec)
