SB-200 choke needed + troubleshooting help

I need a source for a replacement for the part  # 45-4  which is a
1.1mh RF choke (RFC3 on the schematic) which went out last night with a
bang and toally melted!

I was tuning up on 75 meters into a dummy load, noticed that the Load
control wan't having any effect on output or plate current, and then bang!
Any suggestions as to why it happened?
