You have to have the optional crystal pack installed
in either the SB-400 or SB-401.  The transmitter did
NOT come from the factory with the heterodyne
osciallator crystals and the crystals for upper and
lower sideband.  All of the transmitters did come with
the CW crystal installed.

The crystal kit consisted of 10 crystals, 8 for the
heterodyne oscillator and 2 for the sideband
generation.
