Bob -

Nope.  That would have avoided the problem.   Unfortunately
they did NOT include ANY schematic in quite a few manuals,
other than the one in the "booklet."   Which of course
became separated from the manual soon after the kit was
completed!  The table of contents in the 2060A manual for
example shows
"Schematic Diagram . . Illustration Booklet, Page 15".

Near as I can tell, this practice started in the late 70's
early 80's.

I guess Heath wasn't perfect after all......  :-)
