Manual for SA-2040

My father has acquired an antenna tuner (SA-2040) from a ham friend of his (now SK), but without a manual.  Does anyone have an extra manual they would be willing to part with, or make a copy of for me?  I certainly would be willing to pay for copying or even sending a electronic copy that I could print on this end would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks in advance for help in this matter.
