GC-1107 clock problem

Hi to all.

Is there anyone outhere that can help to find the problem on my Heath
clock GC-1107?
The problem is that in 1 hour he "lost" about 12 minutes. Any hint on
this problem?

I didn´t found yet a manual for my GC-1107 clock, do you have a copy
that can be
send by email?
