Need help with Heath part number 65-1

Malcolm, those are just a thermal circuit breaker, similar to the ones
typical in an automotive battery charger.  The original is a Fasco Type
1110, rated at 20 A.  Possibly the easiest place to find one would be at
a lawn and garden power equipment dealer.  They are commonly used on
garden tractors.  Unless you need every last amp, a 15 A replacement
would protect that old 'smellenium' rectifier a little better.
