Heathkit Hybrid Phone Patch Model HD-1515

Hi All,
I am looking for a Manual or Schematic for the Hybrid Phone Patch
Model HD-1515. It is a newer factory wired version of the HD-15 Kit. My
web searches have not been fruitful.  I will be glad to pay copying and
mailing fees for a copy.
