Filters & What is it?

What is the 60db bandwidth of a 404-328 and 404-283 Heath filter.  Both are 2.l at 6db. 

Further to the "what is it?" I found that Naval Jelly does an outstanding job of cleaning  metal parts that have some corrosion.
