I'm not sure but it sounds like a toy kit I had as a kid called, if I
remember correctly, "Secret Sam". It had a lot of stuff in "special and
secret" compartments and what not. That was quite some time ago so I may be
wrong. There was also similar kits sold under the themes of 007 and Man
