Carrier Null Control - HW-101

While trying to null the carrier in my HW-101 refurbishing project, I notice
that as I'm turning the pot (0-200 ohms) the meter indication is jumping all
over the place.  I tried cleaning the pot with some contact cleaner and
resoldered all the connections.  Still no joy.  Does anyone have a spare on
of these or know where I can find a suitable replacement?
