HW-12 RF choke

Hello Friends:

I broke my choke...no joke.

Yes, I need to replace or attempt to fix it...RFC140 - 15 microhenry
#45-51...in the ouput of the IF amp...just after the IF tuned LC's.

One of the leads has broken off the core...which I guess must be ferrite
?...correct?
The small diameter wire is still attached at both ends and  connected in the
circuit.
Can this be repaired?....using some ' stick-to-everything glue ' + pressuring
the lead onto the core?

Looks like Radio Shack has only 100 microhenry...will this hurt?
