which fuse?
the input on the ac line or the dc output ?
if the input fuse is going, make sure it is the rated value and a slow blow
type.
if the dc side is going, try disconnecting the scr crowbar. the output
voltage may be a tad high and causing the scr to fire when the high power
relay switches on.
