HW-101 and D-104

Jim,

This is very straight-forward. Connect the audio line to pin 1 of the
two-pin plug and the PTT line to pin 2. The shield (which is also the PTT
return) is soldered to the plug spring. Put the battery back in

I have used both the amplified and non-amplified D104 with the SB-101,
HW-101 and SB-401 with good results.
