Rubber feet for SB series

Thanks for all the suggestions. Harbach, Mouser and McMasters-Carr were
mentioned but the first two were rejected for various reasons. The
McMaster-Carr's were the correct dimension and right price ($0.15 ea) and I
ordered 100 from them plus screws.
