IM-21 meter

I apologize for taking so long to respond. Your email
bounced my message.

I finally got around to testing the meters. Sorry to
say, both were bad. I managed to fix one, that I am
going to use. The other one has an open coil.

Need any other part from the IM-21 or IM-38?
