Weather station 442-661 pressure sensor

I have a Heath P/N 442-661 pressure sensor with calibration resistors from
the Heath weather station.
I can't see any manufacturers markings on it, so I'm not sure if it is worth
keeping or if I'll toss it.

Does this have any capability of being used in a more general purpose
circuit, and if so, does
anyone have an idea how to hook it up?  Know what its pressure measurement
range is?   Thanks.  73
