interesting observation

Has anyone else ever noticed that in an SB 400/401 that if you turn the
drive control all the way clockwise, the rotor
plates of the capacitor will touch the cover over the driver and het osc
coils?
Is this supposed to be that way... or was it a design error by
Heath?       I assume if they touched while tuning
up, all drive would be lost because the plates would short to ground....
