Yes, but it's a pulse supply and not suited to charging 'lytics.  The
max C range reading is 10uF but in my experience that's 'pushing it'.
Simpson is very reluctant to even discuss those old specialized units,
let alone provide data, - even their usual $25 bad Xerox copy - because
they're non-U.L. and the circuitry could be construed to be hazardous to
use.  One of the common cap checkers, a Heath or similar or a Sprague
TO-series, is much easier to use and more informative.
