There is a device made by KELLEMS used for supporting electrical 
cables.  Any major electrical contractor supply house should be able 
to supply one for you.

It would seem that the model 30098 (good for 5/8 to 3/4 "dia) would serve 
your purpose.  You might want to consider a slightly larger one and 
pad the line to minimize the possibility of damage to the RG-213.
