Feedback on Eico 723 meter 'bounces'

Glen -
You also learned to switch the meter back to Grid current or to
the (sometimes) provided "off" position. Otherwise the meter
banging around would drown out your keying monitor!
They must have been tough though, because I've never seen a
"broken" one that hadn't been run over by a truck!
