Feedback on Eico 723 meter 'bounces'

I started with a Globe Chief 90 which also had the iron vane meter movement
that bounced. It's like anything -- once you realize that it's normal and
common (well, it was then), you live with it and move on to other things. It
actually gave the old rigs some "heart".
