sb200 band selector

I'm new to this list so if I do not comply to normal standards please
forgive me.

I have a sb200 that has been sitting on the shelf (covered) for 4-5 years.
I brought it out of storage last night and found that the band selector will
not turn and I cannot figure out what is stuck. All of the wafer contacts
do move, if only a little bit, so where is the shaft stuck ?

Any suggestions !
