Hr-10B Lattice Crystal revisited

This is a request for additional information pertaining to my inquiry to the group last week. I asked International Crystal Mfg about acquiring a 1680.7kc crystal for the IF lattice filter in the HR-10B and their response is a series of questions. Here they are:

Holder style
Crystal frequency
Load capacitance
Calibration accuracy
Temperature tolerance

I know the frequency and accuracy, not sure of the holder style(HC51U ?), and have no idea regarding load capacitance or temperature tolerance. Can anyone help?
