Heathkit Cantenna Oil Volume

The manual reads "Pour transformer oil into the pail until it reaches a
level about 3/4" from the top. It is mandatory for proper oil
circulation that the oil level be about 1/4" above the shield tube or
resistor element when the pail lid is closed."

No mention of volume is made in the manual. I haven't had a Cantenna for
a long time, but it seems to me that a gallon is pretty close to what
you need.
