You do NOT want to replace the tube "just to retain
calibration"!  They have different heater currents and
that will upset the balance in the series / parallel
arrangement that the unit uses.  If you put in the
wrong tube one tube will develope considerably more
voltage across it while the other one that is in
series will develope less voltage which will greatly
affect the performance of the tube.
