Help on Warrior amp

I have an Icom 746 and trying to hook up a warrior amp to it. I see two
screws on back of the amp, a gnd and neg. I'm lost!! Can someone please
help me. I found a web site that has a amp keyer that might work. It shows
rc jack from amp keyer and then to amplifier, so would you cut off the end
of the rc jack that suppose to plug into the amp, strip the wires and hook
to gnd and neg on the amp or is there another way of doing all this? This
is all new to me. Thanks for your time. Reggie
