PS HP-1144 Output fuse F2 blows on power up

Hello Everyone,

I have a Heathkit Single Sideband Transceiver Model
SB-104A powered by the AC Power Supply Model HP-1144.
Both have been working together perfect for over 20
years until a few days ago.

Problem...it keep blowing the output 20 amp F2 fuse in
the AC Power Supply.

Can anyone help me with this problem?
