Print ous from Bama

I an about to give up! 
 Any one out there who cab steer me into procedure to obtain print out from the Bama site that are useable ? 
 I Can get a display on the monitor and  what I print is OK . However it is  giving me only parts, The image is too large for  my letter size. Is it  possible to scale this down?  
 Recalling info from WW2  English paper sizes  are not the same as US-- Is there a  connection here ?  I can use landscape and Legal size.. Haven't tried yet but another printer will accept Banner paper... 
 Using adobe and Windows ME.  Sure need some know how !
