Sick Marauder

Good Morning Guys!
  Just purchased an old Heath Marauder, and am having some 
trouble. When I first got it home, there was no output on any 
band. After checking tubes, and voltages, everything looked fine. 
I tried adjusting the het osc, and driver coils, and that seemed 
to be the problem. Seems someone got in there and just started 
turning. Some were off a couple of turns! I now have around 110 
watts into a dummy load, but still get no indication of grid 
drive. Also when I key it through the mic, (PTT), I get full 
output. Adjustment of the carrier null and balance make no 
difference. Just wondering if anyone has any ideas, or maybe 
has "been there" before. Thanks in advance guys.
