Source for rubber feet?

Does anyone know of a good source for new rubber feet that can replace
original SB-xxx supplied feet?  I'd like something that is the right
diameter where it meets the bottom of the risers and is the same thickness
as the original, if possible.  Obviously, it would need to be able to take
the original fasteners, too.
