Hard to turn pots

Rob,
Have had that problem many times with my restorations. Use a drop of
light oil, I use automatic transmission fluid to free up the shaft.
Put a drop on the shaft bushing and gently work it in. It will free up
and work fine. No replacement necessary. 73.
