Off Topic - Looking for old J.W. Miller IF Coil datasheet

Hi...
    Hopefully, it is OK to ask this as I am running out of options.  I
am looking for the datasheet for the Miller 612-W4 1.6Mhz IF
transformer.  My hope is that someone has an old Miller catalog with the
specifications to the xfmr.  I plan on attempting to duplicate one
(electrically) for a tube receiver that I am building.  Can anyone help?
