SB-400 tuning dial parts

Hi,

Does anyone have the spiral main tuning dial and the plastic window that 
mounts above the dial they would like to sell?

I believe parts for the SB-401, SB-101 and SB-102 would also work.

Or does anyone know where I can buy these parts?
