Jan:

Those are 1) difficult to find, and 2) often blown already when you DO 
find one.

However, they are very easy to build. Details are shown on the 
schematic for any of the SB or HW transceivers. All you need are some 
resistors and capacitors.  They are a fairly simple phase-shift network.

You can also tailor them for the audio tone you prefer, but in order to 
transmit on the equivalent frequency, you have to do some weirdness 
with the BFO crystal switching and the CW carrier oscillator crystal.
