Dial Cord for HW and SB series rigs

Hi Group,

I've seen this before--but info got lost during computer crash!

For my SB-102---
Where can I find that service bulletin or mod or whatever that shows details
for replacing the O-rings on the Driver/Preselector variable caps with 
dial cord?
There is one that shows detailed routing of dial cord, etc.
