Slightly Off topic - Cap replacement

The ideal place to ask htis question is on the Antique Radio Forum because 
they have a whole group of Trans Oceanic fanatics there who know every inch 
of every T-O like they know their own living rooms.You will get enough free 
info on T-O's to fill an encyclopedia from those guys.
