HW2P battery??

Does anyone know if this HT uses the same battery as some other HT....or perhaps if an aftermarket vender stocks them?

The unit reminds me a bit of a Yaesu FT23R.  I recently acquired the Heath, and it works great...but the battery packs are about shot!
