HW-22 part needed

The snap on power switch on my HW22 is shorted in the "on" position."  I'm
afraid to try to disassemble it for fear of ruining the function switch.
Anyone parting out a single bander and has the function switch available?
Heath part #63-330.

Or, any tips on disassembling safely?  It seems to be held to the switch
with a twist of some sort!
