Mr. Zook,

In the paragraph above the list of eqiupment I said all
the equipment was in "in very near mint condition...."
I guess I could have written that beside each item.

Yes.  I know what you mean.  But the truth is, I've seen
so many people calling things "mint" that were only in fact
"average to slightly below avaergage," that I felt my "mint"
was really much closer to the truth than farther from it,
--- compared to all the other so called "mints" out there.

Ok.   I will agree.  Everthing should say "Near Mint"
