Brad, AA1IP offered a quad-matched set of Schottkey diodes which were
specified for balance modulator applications. The part number was HP
5082-2805 and his asking price was $3.00 for a quad set (+$2 postage).
I bought several sets from Brad several years ago and used them in the -401
and -101 modulators as well as HM-102 wattmeter detectors.
It is unknown by me if Brad still has these diodes available but it's worth
an email or call. Email was brad.thompson at valley.net and phone number (603)
