SB104A experts - help!!!

Have an SB 104A that is having problems.   On 80 and 40 the digital 
readout reads 1151, on 20 it
reads 11151 and on the rest of the bands it reads 14151.    Turning the 
tuning knob doesnt change
the readout numbers and neither does using the external vfo.   

Any suggestions??     If one is to sell or trade it, I am considering 
that option HI HI.   It's in
marvelous cosmetic condition...
