DX-60 Kit: Modern Equivalents

Suggestion:    DONT build it..      Sell it and take the cash.   Put 
most of it in your retirement account (if you sell it "there" you will 
probably get enough to fund your retirement account) and take the rest 
and BUY a mint condition dx-60 to put on the air.
