FS/FT: HW-104 Transceiver for HW-5400 Parts Radio

I have an HW-104 which is in good shape physically but it will probably need work to bring it up to operating condition.  Comes with original operating manual and CW filter and radio is complete with all cards installed.  I don't have a PS to operate it or power cord to hook it up to a PS so my testing has been limited to powering it up with jumpers.  I am asking $150 for it "AS IS" or trade for a nonworking HW-5400 parts radio.
