I don't have an IT-22 manual, but I suspect if you find one that you'll 
discover that you really aren't missing anything!  Obviously the 
step-by-step "cut a piece of wire to 6-1/4' long" instructions are not 
there, and the rest of the missing pages are the "boilerplate" that is 
in every Heath manual of the era.  How to solder, how to wrap the lead 
around the terminal before soldering, replacement parts price list, 
etc.  If you look through a "complete" manual of the time, you'll see 
what I mean.
